Our Story
The Blackhawk Little Cougars Football Inc. (BLCF), is a Pennsylvania Non- Profit Organization that has been reaching the children of Blackhawk School District area through recreational football and cheer programs for over 25 years. Our primary objective of molding the future leaders of America is achieved by firmly planting in the minds of our community youth the ideas of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, physical fitness, self-discipline and respect.
